Roles & Responsibilities:

Taylor Life Center is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and team-oriented Office Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client service, efficient daily scheduling, and strong support for reception staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at managing people, resolving issues, maintaining workflow, and creating a positive experience for clients and employees alike.

The Office Administrator serves as the primary supervisor for front desk operations and is responsible for overseeing customer service standards, staff performance, training, scheduling, and administrative processes.

Qualification & Education Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Working telephone
  • Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license
  • Pass all regulatory checks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience in a medical, behavioral health, or customer service environment preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
