Job Location: Mason

We are a 501©(3) not-for-profit behavioral health organization led by a voluntary policy board, dedicated to advancing our mission and serving our community. Expected meeting are bi-monthly, approximately 6 standard meetings per year. In this influential position, you will contribute your expertise to shape policies, oversee organizational performance, and ensure the achievement of our mission. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance by participating in board meetings, committees, and decision-making processes to shape organizational policies and goals.
- Oversee the organization’s governance framework, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.
- Collaborate with executive leadership in reviewing and approving long-term strategic priorities.
- Provide strategic guidance and community connections that support organizational growth and partnership opportunities
- Monitor organizational performance through reviewing reports, financial statements, and key performance indicators to ensure accountability.
- Advocate for the organization’s mission externally, fostering community relationships and promoting awareness of our work.
