Targeted Case Management Supervisor (Care Monitor LMSW/LLMSW)

Taylor Life Center (TLC) is looking for 1 qualified individual as an LMSW and/or a LLMSW that has or will have passed the ASWB Examination and be licensed as a LMSW within 6 months of hire to retain employment. The individual that fills this position will provide clinical and/or operational supervision to case managers, therapist, and/or all other personnel assigned; communicate areas of accountability and performance expectations of assigned personnel, including, but not limited to progressive discipline, transfers, trainings, dismissals, monitor/coordinate treatment plans and treatment goals, unit utilization/authorization, etc. Maintaining effective quality clinical records is vital to achieve success in this position.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Pass all regulatory checks
  • Possess at a minimum a master’s degree in Social Work
  • Must be licensed by the state of Michigan with an LMSW or LLMSW
    • Candidate must have passed the ASWB Examination within 6 months of hire
    •  Candidate must be licensed as a LMSW within 6 months of hire
  • Must maintain required training for credentialing for both privileges and third party insurances
  • Ability to acknowledge diagnoses per symptomatology and/or DSM 5
