Lead Clinician (Full-Time)
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical training to case management and/or therapy staff, including:
- Completion of clinical documents-initial and annual packets, pre-planning, IPOS, quarterlies, discharges, progress notes, etc.
- Completion of advanced clinical documents, including but not limited to: authorizations, respite referrals, request for consultation services, community living support requests, DBT referrals, and biopsychosocial assessment reviews
- Education of proper process for engaging and developing relationships with consumers
- Facilitate ongoing support/mentoring to improve performance measures, as needed
- Assess/report performance issues of new case managers and/or therapists to corresponding care monitor
- Participate in the quality improvement process to coordinate training components and corrective action planning processes
- Coordinate with Program Director and/or Program Supervisor to improve site-specific processes/procedures and training
- Provide case management and/or therapy services to “unseen” or “underserved” clients, including coverage as needed
- Provide case management and/or therapy services to walk-in clients, as needed
- Coordinating for community resources development and disseminating information to staff
- Assisting with consumer engagement, including due diligence efforts and discharge planning
- Train staff on assessments tools (i.e., CAFAS, PECFAS, LOCUS, DLA-20), as trainings become available and deemed necessary
- Update and revise training materials to reflect changes made by local, region, state, payer and organizational level
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Applicant must be qualified to be a CMHP, QMHP, and QIDP and have a State Licensure as an LMSW, LLMSW, LMFT, LLMFT, LBSW, LLBSW, LPC, LLPC, TLLP, LLP, LP, RN, or a degree in a human service field from an accredited school.
To see children applicant with a bachelor's degree must also have 3 years of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families or a master's degree with one year of experience.

- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Pass all regulatory checks
- Must have specialized training or one year experience in treating or working with a person who has developmentally disabled and/or a mental illness
- Obtain and maintain all required training for credentialing and licensing standards
- Must obtain all required training of Taylor Life Center/Consumer Services, Inc.
- Must obtain all required training of all contracted PIHP(S)
